The inaugural Super Street 86 Showdown Presented by Continental Tire puts the most popular RWD entry-level tuner car directly in the spotlight, inviting selected Scion FR-S, Toyota 86 (ZN6 chassis), and Subaru BRZ (ZC6 chassis) owners to whip their machines on Streets of Willow Springs’ 1.6-mile, 14-turn road course. Open to naturally aspirated and forced induction street-tuned vehicles with a preference toward enthusiast- and tuner-built cars, all ran a set of Continental’s new Ultra High Performance (UHP) ExtremeContact Sport tires in a winner-take-all time trial.
