Duolingo is the popular, free language education platform that has motivated more than 200 million people worldwide to learn new languages. In his talk, Duolingo CEO and Co-founder Luis von Ahn will describe the background of how Duolingo started, the features that have made it become so popular (including AI-powered chatbots), and how the company uses data from billions of exercises to measure and continually optimize the language-learning process.
