Ingredients:
potatoes – 1.2 kg. (boil in their skins)
eggs – 3-4 pcs. (boil 2-3 pcs. hard and add to the filling + 1 pc. to the dough)
onions – 150 gr.
carrots – 70-80 gr.
vegetable oil – 30 ml. for frying + 70-80 ml. for frying zrazy
minced pork and beef – 300 gr. (any other minced meat can be used)
parsley or dill – 20 gr.
wheat flour for the dough – 4 tbsp. (with a slide) + a little for breading zrazy
salt, ground black pepper – to taste
sour cream for serving (optional).
