The film tells the story of the northern Khanty distinct peoples living in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District. About surviving traditions, culture, language differences and dialects of modern life Khanty tell artist Nadezhda Taligina and villagers Myzhi and Yamgort. In songs and legends of Khanty reflected life of the people, their way of life, the world and philosophy.
