In Swaziland, where the bush and mountains meet sugar cane plantations, black mambas and the human population are struggling to co-exist. Amongst the deadliest snakes to be found in Africa, the bite of the black mamba can be fatal. However it is not just human lives that are being lost - as people are so terrified of the snakes they are often killed on sight. Step in one remarkable woman - Thea Litshka-Koen, a mum who runs a hotel amd who loves mambas. She has learnt the dangerous skill of removing mambas from houses, bedrooms and even inside cars and developed a nature reserve to release and study her beloved black mambas.
