Finally, I found time to bake bread IN A FAN! I will never buy again in the store! The whole family got hooked on this bread! Bread in a frying pan is delicious!
Pan diameter 24 cm.
✅We will need:
warm water 250 ml.
sugar 1 tablespoon (can be reduced to 2 teaspoons, we like these proportions)
salt 1 tsp
yeast 7 g
vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp
flour 340 g.
Remove to a warm place for 40 minutes
Grease the form with vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp.
Divide the dough into 8 parts, so it is easier to break off the bread. If you don't want to get your hands dirty, you can shape the dough and put it in a mold without dividing it into pieces.
Leave in a greased form for 15-20 minutes.
Bake for ~ 13-15 minutes on low heat (I have 2 out of 9) on each side. Look at your stove. If you have gas, then set the minimum fire, it is better to use a divider
Then lightly grease the plate so that the dough does not stick. Lubricate the pan with vegetable oil 1-2 tablespoons. Turn the bread over and bake for about 13-15 minutes. Even if it seems to you that the bread does not burn and you can hold it for some more, it should be borne in mind that the bottom crust may dry out.
