CHEESECAKE FROM COTTAGE CHEESE AND BOILED CONDENSED MILK

FOR THE RECIPE YOU NEED:

FOR THE BASIS
Cookies sugar or shortbread 100-120 g
Butter melted 60 g

FOR THE CHEESECAKE
Cottage cheese (any fat content) 350 g
Boiled condensed milk 200 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Corn starch 60 g (2 tablespoons with top)
Butter melted 50 g
Vanilla sugar 10 g
Salt 1 pinch

DIAMETER OF MY FORM 18 cm

BAKE IN A HEATED OVEN 40-45 MINUTES AT 180°C/355°F
