There are five main methods of dismantling, which differ in approach, type of equipment used, number of workers, speed of implementation and many other factors. Explosive method of dismantling buildings. The fastest, but at the same time the most dangerous method of demolition of buildings. It is most often used in the destruction of large buildings or building complexes. It consists in destroying buildings by undermining its key supports and central points of the frame. Due to the risk of a building collapse, this method requires particularly complex preparation and compliance with a number of additional safety measures;
Chemical method of dismantling buildings. An auxiliary method that helps to destroy particularly strong reinforced concrete structures. Its essence lies in the effect of a caustic reagent on concrete, as a result of which even reinforced compounds become loose and malleable.
In addition to the above, there is also a vibration method, but it is not used for dismantling buildings, but for removing supports, piles and beams acting as a support for the building. The essence of the method is to use a crane with a vibrating nozzle, first loosening the grip of the soil, and then allowing you to quickly pull out even a deeply buried support. This is much easier and faster than digging out each pile, but finding such a crane is not always easy.
