I present to your attention a kanzashi master class on making a New Year's Snowflake. For such a New Year's kanzashi snowflake craft, you will need a 5 cm wide satin ribbon, 5 cm organza, a 2.5 cm ball ribbon and 2.5 cm organza, a 0.5 cm ribbon, 8 cm long metal wire, a bead.
From a 5 cm ribbon (white and organza) 10 cm long, we make petals for the middle of the New Year's Snowflake, 6 pcs each.
From a ribbon 2.5 cm wide (organza) 5 cm long, we make petals for a kanzashi snowflake, 5 pcs for one branch and one petal from a white satin ribbon with beads. The diameter of the base of the New Year's snowflake is 8 cm.
