A film about the Open International Competition for the Development of a Master Plan for the Stepnoy Zay River Valley in Almetyevsk and the winning project of the consortium led by OBERMEYER Consult LLC.
The film contains the brightest moments from all stages of the competition, picturesque shots of the competition territory and iconic places of Almetyevsk, interviews of experts, participants and winners. The film tells about the tasks that the initiator of the competition set for the participants, the impressions of the experts from the competition and the emotions that the finalists received by visiting the competition facilities. In addition, the film provides an opportunity to see how the final jury meeting was held and to get acquainted with the winning project.
The competition was initiated by PJSC TATNEFT and the Administration of the city of Almetyevsk with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan. The operator of the competition is the Agency for Strategic Development "CENTER".
