Отвечаю на вопрос: "1) Can I immigrate after 3-year college program? It is my first higher education.
2) How can I check the accreditation of college?
P.S. My situation:
I'm 16 and I will complete 11th class at 17 (but I'll be already 18 before the winter).
I want to enroll a 2 or 3 year COOP-program in college (Environmental Technican/Biotechnology) and get work permit after that.
Can I get permanent residence?
