Company is looking to hire a paid intern or trainee to work as a .NET MVC 4 Developer in San Anselmo, CA -- USA (2 positions) and in Illinois (1 position). The rate for the position is variable, based on the candidate's experience (starting at $10/hour up to $14/hour). Job Location: San Anselmo, CA - USA (San Francisco Bay area - Silicon Valley area - Marin county). Illinois.
Length of Engagement: 12-18 months.

Project Description:
The intern/trainee will be involved (i) in the development of new web applications, databases, and web services, (ii) in the upgrade and maintenance of current web applications and databases, (iii) in the documentation and testing of both current and new web applications, and (iv) in the maintenance of our computers and network.

Necessary Skills (Must Have):
- ENGLISH PROFICIENCY (strong reading, writing, and listening skills). - Experience with C# and Object Oriented Programming. - Experience with ASP.NET.
- Solid understanding of the MVC architecture and programming.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with SQL DB Programming (Stored Procedures, LINQ, SQL statements, Crystal reports)

Additional Skills Desired (Nice to Have):
- Experience with the MVC 4 architecture and features.
- Experience with jQuery and AJAX.
- Experience with IT and networks.

Notes:
1. To have taken a class in a subject at your university does not mean you have experience with it. Experience with a particular subject/topic means you worked with it. In other words, you must be able to conduct the development of a MVC web application using C#, ASP.NET, HTML, SQL, etc. under my supervision, based on my support and guidance.
2. You are the right fit for our organization if you are a software developer who wants to improve your English and programming skills considerably, yet working in a fun, multi-tier environment.
