A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE OR IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. MANY MAY ENTER, FEW WILL WIN. Void where prohibited by law. Unless otherwise exempted or excluded herein, the Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 49 United States and the District of Columbia (Rhode Island excluded), age 18 or older who are of the legal age of majority in the Commonwealth or State in which they reside at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes begins at 11:00AM Pacific Time ("PT") on December 10, 2010 and ends at 11:00AM PT on December 17, 2010 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Winners will be selected in a random drawing held within 10 days from the end of the Sweepstakes Period from among all eligible entries received up to the date of the drawing. The potential winners will be notified by the Administrator by telephone (if available), email and by a one-time publication of the names of the winners in the next regularly-scheduled issue of the Newegg newsletter following the drawing date.
