Mona graduated from AWS Tech U in 2018 and started her AWS career as a Solutions Architect. About the AWS Tech U program: AWS Tech U is a paid, accelerated workforce development program that helps early-career talent build technical and professional skills and jump-start their careers at AWS. Graduates from the program are prepared to start their AWS careers in roles, including: solutions architects, technical trainers, and professional services consultants.

About Mona: After graduating from AWS Tech U in 2018, Mona joined the AWS World Wide Public Sector team as an AI/ML Specialist Solutions Architect based in Arlington, VA. In her role, she helps customers adopt machine learning (ML) on a large scale. She is passionate about natural language processing (NLP) and ML explainability areas in AI/ML.
