In this video, I’ll show a truly useful DC-DC Buck Boost converter (0.5–30V) with a big LCD display. It can step voltage up and down, shows voltage / current / power on screen, and lets you set CV (output voltage) and CC (current limit) separately — so you can easily turn it into a mini lab power supply, a universal charger for нестандартные batteries, or a stable power source for different gadgets from an аккумулятор (including 12V), as long as you stay within its power limits.
Next, everything is exactly how you like it: a quick look at the board layout and components, how the controls work (IN/OUT, ON/OFF, CV/CC), then real load testing — dc-dc converter min/max voltage, max power, and how the current limiting behaves. After that, the key part: I test how well it holds a stable output when the input voltage changes (5V / 9V / 12V / 20V / 24V). And in the practical section I show two real scenarios: charging/feeding a 3S 18650 pack from a car battery during outages, and a universal laptop charger in a car with stable 19V. This device is a useful power converter, allowing for adjustable output voltages and current limits, effectively creating a variable power supply. It's perfect for testing with a battery or as a mini laboratory power supply for various electronics projects.
