Home Assistant - humidifier control via smart plug and external sensors

In this video, I will talk about my implementation of controlling a regular humidifier with a mechanical rotary knob in Home Assistant, using a smart plug with energy monitoring, based on data from external sensors.
At the time of this video’s release, none of the existing integration options for this purpose suited me, as they lacked sufficient functionality. Therefore, I decided to create my own project. The video will be useful for those who enjoy creating their own logic to solve various tasks.
