Stanford University Professor Robert Sapolsky is an author of Human Behavioral Biology lectures and several books on the topic.

Here's a talk about his upcoming book on what our world would be like if human behaviour is interpreted not as an expression of free will, but as a consequence of very complex interactions between genetic, physiological and environmental factors, therefore making such concepts as "fault", "guilt" or "responsibility" questionable.
