MCU Timeline Was Shaped By Old Man Cap

Avengers: Endgame gave us all the ending that none of us wanted. The end of Captain America’s story in the MCU. While Chris Evans may have been done with the character, fans would’ve been happy with him playing the character for decades to come. Would it be too much to ask the MCU to sign on their stars for 200 films?
Luckily, the MCU did throw us a bit of a bone in this regard. While the younger Captain America is out, they did show us a new iteration of the character that could have plenty of stories left to tell. That’s right, the old man Cap whose wry smile and shady conversation with Sam Wilson made it seem like there could’ve been decades of Cap adventures that we NEED to see!
Throughout the history of the MCU there were so many coincidences and random saves that may very well have been Steve Rogers working in the background. While there were some things he couldn’t change, he may have prevented certain evil organizations from taking over the planet before the Avengers had their chance to save it.
While it would be cool to see those stories, what we all really want is to see Rogers back in the game in the modern iteration of the MCU. Could we see one last adventure with Old Man Cap?
Why don’t we find out together as we deduce what Cap was secretly up to behind the scenes of the MCU?
