What exactly made Ultron bad and Vision good?

We’ve seen many heroes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe struggle to do the right thing but Vision has never been one of them. This hero has been worthy right from the get-go but now we can’t help but wonder what would happen if we were faced with an Evil Vision? “Avengers: Age of Ultron” would have definitely had a different ending and that’s not the only major change to the MCU we would have seen. The layout of Phase Four would be completely different and we would have said goodbye to Tony Stark long before the events of “Avengers: Endgame.” The Mad Titan Thanos would have shown up for a completely different showdown, and Wanda Maximoff’s stay in the MCU would have been much shorter. Doctor Strange could prove a strong adversary, and we could see the clash of the Time Stone versus the Mind Stone play out on the big screen. Would the Black Panther still have revealed Wakanda’s true power to the rest of the world or would this evil entity have inspired him to stay quiet?
