Avatar: The Last Airbender is currently exploding in popularity thanks to its addition on Netflix and it allows us all to revisit the beloved show all over again. With Avatar love at an all time high, we think it’s time to dive into certain aspects of Avatar lore and give them a detailed breakdown. Today’s video we’d thought we would look at the history of the Fire Lords and all the baggage that comes with it.
Obviously in the Avatar: The Last Airbender TV show, the Fire Nation were the bad guys and Fire Lord Ozai was an ultimate evil that needed to be stopped. But that’s only scratching the surface on the history of the Fire Lords. They weren’t always the bad guys and it's interesting to learn more about how people like Fire Lord Ozai or Fire Lord Sozin came to power in the first place.
