Sony and Marvel Comics’ 2018 anti-hero film ‘Venom’ (starring Tom Hardy) was a box office smash grossing over $850M worldwide. The film had a very interesting mid-credit scene as well that served as a teaser for the forthcoming ‘Venom’ sequel, and introduced Venom’s corrupt counterpart ‘Carnage’ to the MCU (played by Woody Harrelson). Over the years, Carnage has taken on many hosts -- with Cletus Kasady serving as its most well-known and popular host. Maximum Carnage, web of Carnage and Sperior Carnage are just a few of the many storylines that the sinister symbiote has been involved in.
