There are few movie experiences out there that are truly perfect. Both the Star Wars and Lord Of The Rings trilogies were pretty close but they only consisted of three movies each. The movies that followed them didn’t really measure up. That’s what makes the MCU’s Infinity Saga so special. It’s pretty challenging to make a trilogy epic but making 23 films into a huge narrative is simply amazing.

The Saga features some of the greatest superhero movie moments of all time. From Tony Stark announcing he was Iron Man to his ultimate sacrifice to defeat Thanos, we were treated to consistent action, laughs, and drama from Kevin Feige, Disney, and the other filmmakers working for Marvel.

That being said, it’s hard not to speculate how things could’ve been different. There are dozens of ideas that float around the production of every movie. While most of these ideas don’t see the light of day, some almost make it into the final film. That’s why these deleted scenes often shed light on the movies that could’ve been.

With the release of the Infinity Saga box set, Marvel decided to drop more deleted scenes than they ever had before. Some of these scenes featured massive changes that would’ve rewritten the MCU as we know it. So let’s pull a Doctor Strange and fly through the Multiverse of MCUs.
