If there is one thing aside from the Super Saiyan transformation that the Dragon Ball franchise is known for, it’s Goku’s signature attack, the Kamehameha wave. The move was developed by Master Roshi and after its introduction, it became a staple of the series, the go-to energy attack of Goku’s that would go on to be imitated by every kid who grew up watching Dragon Ball Z. It is without a doubt one of the biggest parts of the series, and because of this we decided to rank Goku’s best uses of the Kamehameha Wave throughout the franchise.

In this video, we go through some of Goku’s most iconic Kamehameha’s, starting with the Emperor Pilaf Saga, followed by World Martial Arts Tournament Saga and into the King Piccolo and Piccolo Jr. Sagas. Then we get into the best Kamehameha’s of Dragon Ball Z, like the one he used to combat Vegeta’s Galick Gun during the Saiyan Saga or the first time he used the Instant Transmission Kamehameha against Perfect Cell during the Cell Saga. There are a few entries from Dragon Ball Super as well, like the notorious Slide Kamehameha that Ultra Instinct Goku used against Kefla in the Tournament of Power.

Suffice to say, Goku has had a lot of great and iconic Kamehameha’s in his warrior career, and because of this we decided to rank some of the best in the entire franchise.
