Stephen King is great at a lot of things but brevity isn’t one of them! There’s a ton of great material out there that couldn’t be summed up in 1 or even 2 feature films. It Chapter Two is already breaking records so does that mean we could be getting a Chapter Three at one point or another in the future? Come on, we just can’t believe this is the last time we’ll see Pennywise the Dancing Clown. Even if he’s not on the big screen, Netflix streaming sounds like a real possibility. There’s also the connection between the book and other works like Doctor Sleep and The Dark Tower, both of which are being adapted for other formats. Bill Skarsgard thinks there’s enough material for a prequel and Andy Muschietti admits we’ve only touched on all the crazy world building from the books. Frankly, we don’t care how we get more of the story but we haven’t seen nearly enough of that amazing turtle Maturin.
