The Dumbest MCU Villains Based On Their Plans Ranked!

To be a villain in the MCU is a thankless job. In the early days of the franchise, you were mostly playing second-fiddle to the hero who was going through their own origin story and thus needed a significant amount of screentime devoted to them. You would mainly just show up, spout a few villainous monologues and wait for the good guy to come beat you up. This trend resulted in a lot of MCU villains having pretty stupid plans in the long run. Although a lot of them thought they were pretty smart baddies, a huge handful of them made serious errors in judgement or miscalculated the situation to extreme levels.
Look at Aldrich Killian from Iron Man 3 who thought it would be a good idea to impersonate an evil terrorist group that could’ve easily retaliated. Think of Emil Blonsky from everyone’s favorite Hulk iteration, The Incredible Hulk, who looked at Hulk and decided he wanted to be exactly like that. Or even look at Ego, the living planet and god-like being who thought it would be a good idea to reveal to Starlord that he killed his mother.
Today, we’re looking at the dumbest Marvel villain plans and ranking them from super dumb to extremely dumb. Which villain do you think deserves to be on this list for having a dumb plan? Check out the video below to see if your favorite dummy made the list. And don’t forget to leave a comment after you’re done! Only dumb MCU villains forget to leave comments obviously.
