It’s safe to say that literally anyone who hasn’t been living under a rock for the past two years has heard about Fortnite at some point. Just to prove that fact, there are so many films that’ve referenced Fortnite, including Avengers: Endgame. But, today, we’re going to spin things around and take a look at some of the times Fortnite referenced movies in the battle royale and, trust us, there are plenty of examples.

Of course, for both Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, the films crossed over with Fortnite to give us some awesome LTMs and some great new skins. We even got to use some of the Avengers’ famous weapons in the second crossover event. Another movie that has been heavily referenced in Fortnite is John Wick. The Reaper skin looks a lot like the skilled gun fu fighter, but there was even the Wick’s Bounty crossover event that proved this similarity was more than just a mere coincidence. We’ll also take a look at the many superhero movie references in Fortnite including Star-Lord, Iron Man and so many more. Oh and, if that’s not enough, we’ll also get into some classic movies Fortnite decided to reference.
