One Piece is a franchise that will outlive all of us. It has been going on for nearly 30 years and has no signs of stopping with the author of the manga saying he has plans for at least 10 more years of One Piece. With that being said, characters in One Piece can be ridiculously powerful and give Dragon Ball Z a run for their money as far as power level is concerned. While Dragon Ball Z might use power level to determine strength, for One Piece, the bounty system is a good indication of power among pirates.

Today, we’ll be looking at some of the most powerful characters in Once Piece. Some of these characters are deceased in the show, which is a rarity in and of itself, but we wanted to include the best of the best.
