In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the Quantum Realm is no small affair. In fact, it’s a very, very small affair as it’s as small as anyone can get. So small that it’s hard to come back from. This is the situation that Janet Van Dyne found herself in when she shrunk down to stop a missile heading someplace a missile ought not to go. It took decades, a quantum entanglement with Scott Lang as Ant-Man and a fancy tunnel built by Hank Pym and Hope Van Dyne to bring her back. Not only had it trapped the original Wasp, it had also placed Ava Starr in a state between our realm and the Quantum realm, turning her into Ghost.

Now that Janet has returned to the regular realm, she has brought with her some timely knowledge about the teeny tiny realm that could be useful to Earth’s Mightiest Heroes in their quest to undo the snap and bring back our dusted Avengers.
