Cell has a bit of an ego and, by “a bit,” we mean, a massive ego that makes him one of the most arrogant villains in all of anime. This stems from the fact that he thinks he’s the perfect being and wants to prove as much, showing off and testing his power against strong opponents and fighting anyone or anything that gets in his way. As a result, Cell is a pretty terrible person, an irredeemable villain in a lot of ways.

But just because he’s a bad guy doesn’t mean he hasn’t had his fair share of good moments. Maybe these moments and personality traits might not redeem the villain, but they’re worth taking a look at to show all of the times that Cell was something of a chill guy.
