If we told you that the world of Fortnite was completely unique and unlike anything we’ve ever seen before, we’d be flat out lying. Like every new video game, nothing is truly 100 percent original. There’s always something that inspired everything in a game whether it’s a feature or something else...like a location in real life. All of Fortnite’s beautiful Season 8 locations have been inspired by real places, so let’s take a look at some of them.
The new volcano looks a lot like a volcano we’ve seen in a US state far off the Pacific coast. Also, just one look at Sunny Steps will remind you of an Aztec temple and we’ll tell you which one it looks like specifically. Even the hot springs look a lot like the ones we see all over Iceland.
