What force in the universe is greater than the Galactic Patrol? Well, pretty much most of them! After the Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie, we knew that the Dragon Ball Super manga would need a massive and powerful villain to follow up and it looks like we got one with the Galactic Patrol Prisoner arc. Moro has been around for millions of years and, even without his powers, he’s too powerful for the Space Police. Is he a creature from another planet or someone who hails from the Demonic Realm?
