Whether you play the games, watch the anime or read the manga, Pokemon is one of the most popular media franchises in the world with millions of fans all over the globe. Like any popular franchise, there are some die hard fans who spend most of their time coming up with crazy Pokemon theories which, over time, have turned into something else. When a theory becomes so widespread that it’s believed in without any proof, it becomes an urban legend and there are plenty of those floating around the community.
