In the Marvel Universe, The Mighty Thor might be one of the most powerful characters, but that doesn’t mean that he’s always used his powers for good. Part of the Norse Pantheon, Thor has been adapted with much of his pride and arrogance from mythology still in place. This has lead to some moments that were perhaps a little less than heroic in his time in the Marvel Universe as well as some times he was the outright bad guy. Like most heroes, Thor will eventually do the right thing, but as an immortal being, doing the right thing can take centuries even when it’s obvious to the rest of us. With a being as powerful and headstrong as Thor, it’s hard to stop Thor once he gets a bad idea in his head. These are some of the times Thor broke bad and was essentially a villain.
