How could we possibly nitpick the majesty that is Pixar? Because we feel like it! There have been 20 Pixar films including the first Toy Story and that doesn’t even touch on the shorts. They’re not just good; sometimes, they seem to be the only ones maintaining that special magic that live action films used to have. The pacing. The adventure. The tone.
But that doesn’t mean they’re flawless. Aside from some repetitive story arcs, there are some moments in these films that fall a little flat. In this video, we’ll show you how Turbo’s reveal and defeat in Wreck It Ralph was too brief, as was Tamatoa in Moana. We’ll show you an innuendo that might just appeal to no one and we’ll reveal some frightening world-building implications in Cars we’re not sure the writers thought about. Let us know what you think, then like, subscribe and ring that bell for more from CBR!
