There are so many great villains in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but the one we just can’t stop talking about is Thanos. We saw him reach the pinnacle of villainy during Avengers: Infinity War, but there are so many more heinous acts committed by the Mad Titan.

Although he enjoys gathering stray children, there are some real reasons Gamora and Nebula want him destroyed. It may not surprise you to know that his relationship with his own parents left a lot to be desired as well and Thanos doesn’t exactly have fond memories of his home planet. In the comic books, romance is a surprisingly huge motivator for Thanos, but of course, he goes about it in the most horrifying way possible.
