Dragon Ball Z, Naruto, One piece and so many other badass characters have defined our generation in terms of Shonen mangas. I mean who wasn’t glued to the TV whenever Toonami came on? Honestly, we can blame Toonami for most of america's introduction to Anime. But wouldn’t it be cool for them all to be together in some way? Well you are in luck anime fans, all your fave shonen characters are joining up in this new brawl-type fighting game Jumpforce which is totally dedicated to just shonen anime!
And for those of you who aren’t familiar with the term Shonen, let us clear that up for you. Shonen is the japanese term for manga aimed at teenage males normally around ages of 12 to 18. Thus, if you grew up in the late 90s, early 2000s you remember this type of shonen anime appearing on your screen whenever you watched Toonami.
