If you were Spider-Man and you had your choice of villains to go up against, we hope he wouldn’t choose Carnage. With no conscious and very few weaknesses, he can be unstoppable at times. It has gotten so hard to defeat him that Spider-Man had to team up with Venom!

Carnage bonded with his most famous host, serial killer Cletus Kasady. Carnage is the alien symbiote that broke off Venom and bonded to Kasady. That makes them unique because they are two personalities and two entities all in one body. Unlike Spider-Man who is one person that is forced to have an alter ego. Peter Parker can’t be as free to be himself like Carnage can be. Also, being an alien organism enhances Carnage’s powers in ways Spider-Man will never be able to meet. One of the biggest of which is Carnage being able to infect others with the symbiote at all. Peter can’t make other versions.

There are so many things that Carnage can do that Spider-Man cannot. Carnage can camouflage himself and has increased strength. Kasady and Carnage have an accelerated healing factor that helps him to be able to endure a straight 24 hours of fighting if he needed to.

The alien and host lack any moral compass and are capable of murderous acts that Spider-Man can never do on his own. Which is why we are glad Spider-Man is there to protect everyone in the face of this supervillain. There are even more things he can do if you stick around to find out!
