Wanda Maximoff, aka Scarlet Witch has been a staple of the MCU since Avengers: Age of Ultron, but honestly, really hasn’t been given a lot of character development over the years until now. But if you look back over all her appearances, you’ll see her MCU life has been defined by loss and tragedy. She lost her parents, her brother, her country and her true love, as well as being weighed down by the guilt for ultimately being the catalyst for Captain America: Civil War. All we’re saying is that this Avenger has been through a lot! And how much grief can one person go through before something finally snaps?
