WandaVision: The Fantastic Four Will Be Introduced To The MCU
Subscribe: bit.ly/Subscribe-to-CBR
WandaVision is proving to be Marvel’s most ambitious project to date with a terrifying sitcom-styled thriller wrapped up in an X-Files-style mystery. It features a new organization, S.W.O.R.D., new Marvel characters like Billy and Tommy Maximoff, or Wiccan and Speed as they come to be known, and even Evan Peters reprising his role as Quicksilver even though he’s found himself in the wrong universe. As ambitious as the series has been so far, how will it top itself as the first season comes to a close? Well, I think that setting up one of Marvel’s most famous superhero teams for their own franchise would definitely be a way to top everything we’ve seen so far and then some. That’s right, I’m talking about WandaVision setting up The Fantastic Four!
While the idea might sound crazy at first, the series has a unique way of introducing the team that seems very grounded for the MCU. Now, thanks to WandaVision, the MCU has introduced an organization that the F.F. would fit in perfectly.
It’s very likely that Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Ben Grimm and Johnny Storm could be introduced in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as agents of SWORD. Will that be enough for WandaVision or will the team see some action that will define their franchise to come?
Let’s find out as we dive into how the Fantastic Four could make their debut in Disney+’s first MCU series, WandaVision!
