The role of ‘who is the most powerful’ can shift around a lot. Experimenting with gamma radiation can make you strong enough to make Norse Gods nervous, but then someone comes along who had the Space Stone explode in her face allowing her to act like a guided missile. Just when you’re comfortable with that as the benchmark for power, the lonely girl from Sekovia who keeps losing loved ones comes along and it turns out that she has the power of reality itself on tap. Unfortunately for her and the rest of reality, she’s also had a really sad life. A profoundly sad life. Even worse, she’s been the most powerful being in the universe this entire time and just never knew it. So what happens when someone who is profoundly sad, an outsider to basically everyone she meets, gets ahold of a book that could unlock her powers even more than she already has? Well, get ready for the multiverse to start crumbling as the Nexus of our reality decides that reality sucks and she’s got a better plan. Remember the last person with near godlike power and a plan for everyone had to take every hero in the galaxy together to stop him. Will the Marvel Cinematic Universe be enough to keep Wanda from tearing apart reality? Can even Doctor Strange help, or just give us a soft landing after Wanda does what Wanda wants to do?
