DC: Batman's Knightmare Team Is Insane

Well folks, Justice League is coming out all over again. This time, the original director of both Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice and Justice League before Joss Whedon is back to finish his vision of the film. This means that we will FINALLY get answers to some of the biggest questions left behind by Batman V. Superman. Most notably, we will finally find out what was going on with that Knightmare sequence, the Flash’s traveling through time and the evil Superman of the future.

The Snyder Cut will likely pick up right where Batman V. Superman left off with Batman in the clutches of Superman and his Regime. From there, we’ll see who else is part of his team of rebels looking to overthrow both Superman and Darkseid. This will likely include League members like Cyborg and the Flash. It could also bring in some surprise guests from the DCEU, like Aquaman.

The latest trailer also shook people to their core when it revealed that Batman had a very surprising ally in his war against Superman, his old archnemesis, the Joker! This along with the confirmation that both Deathstroke and Lex Luthor will be appearing in the film makes it seem likely that Batman will be seeking out unthinkable alliances. From there, they’ll figure out how exactly to send Barry Allen into the past to save the world.
