Could Iron Man defeat the Avengers all on his own??

There have always been a lot of comparisons between Iron Man of Marvel, and Batman of DC. The main similarities are mostly surface level though, being the fact they’re both rich, very intelligent and use tech to level the playing field with superhumans.
But that got us thinking. Batman in Justice League Doom had contingency plans for every JLA member in case any of them went rogue or underwent mind control. So would Tony Stark have the same for Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Vision, Wanda, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Ant-man, maybe even Spiderman or the rest of the Avengers?
Robert Downey Jnr plays the character as a pretty paranoid guy at times, especially once he has his vision of the future in Age of Ultron where he builds the Iron Legion. He’s also created the Hulk-Buster in case Hulk went rogue, has stolen superpowers from other heroes after he faces then,
So could Iron Man have created an Anti-Avengers Protocol? Post his death, could he or his contingency plans return to the MCU after WandaVision / Falcon and the Winter Soldier? And even if he didn’t, what would they look like if he did?
