Of all the foot fast villainous speedsters in Central City, who is the fastest? The Flash has many enemies, most of whom worship The Speed Force and glorify being the fastest man alive way more than is healthy. On our list, we’ve got Velocity 9 takers, Speed Force junkies, and even some Gods that wanna take out the speediest member of the Justice League. Some are so powerful, even the great Barry Allen can’t outrun them - he just has to hope they don’t really wanna catch him!

The Arrowverse and DC Universe is full of some extraordinary characters with incredibly sleek getups. From Eobard Thawne, the infamous Professor Zoom, to the gorgeously named Godspeed, to The Black Flash, there’s always someone that’s up for a good old fashioned footrace to settle a score.
