Spider-Man Could Meet Invincible in the Multiverse

Spider-Man and Invincible teaming up together sounds like a match made in heaven, but could it actually happen? Maybe! Before you say it’s impossible, let me remind you of a few things. Spider-Man’s next movie is (hopefully) releasing this year and will see the web-head deal with a lot of new multiverse shenanigans as he deals with the massive cliffhanger of his secret identity being revealed and him being framed for murder. We already know a lot of characters from past Spider-Man movies are returning, like Alfred Molina’s Doc Ock and Jaime Foxx’s Electro, as well as all the rumored returns of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield. But what other characters could we meet in the multiverse? How about Mark Grayson, aka Invincible?

This cross-over comic has been around for years, but the character recently gained a surge of popularity thanks to the new Amazon TV show. That along with The Boys has made Amazon a go-to place for adult superhero content. But could we see Mark Grayson meet up with your friendly neighborhood Peter Parker? Well, if you’re going off the comics, it’s possible! That’s right, there is a comic precedent for the two heroes to team up and their chance encounter with one another was both hilarious and insightful. Doc Ock didn’t stand a chance! But what exactly happened when the two crossed paths and how could that relate to a future live-action team-up? Well, that’s what we’re here today to find out!
