Those of you who are not familiar with this term should know that it means Eye Technique or Visual Skills. Since all the characters of the anime world are divided into various clans, this technique is found quite rare. However, there are a few of them who possess these special abilities. The purpose of this video is to identify all those characters who carry this superpower and have become the strongest among other users.

Some of you must have thought about who will be the strongest or the weakest one in the anime series! Did you? I am sure you did - But believe me, it is certainly not that easy! The reason is there are a number of popular users in the series who possess these capabilities such as Itachi Uchiha Indra, Obito Uchiha, Kakashi Hatake, Madara Uchiha, Sasuke, Momoshiki Otsutsuki, Hagoromo, Kaguya, Isshiki, and a few more. There is a lot to debate about who is the strongest one among these but we certainly have done this by comparing each character’s powers with the rest.
