10 Most Powerful Marvel Heroes Morbius Can Defeat

Jared Leto’s Morbius movie is almost here! At least, I think it’s set to be released soon. Part of me thinks this movie doesn’t actually exist and they keep changing its release date to hide the fact that they only shot enough footage for a trailer. But no matter what, this film gives me a chance to talk about The Living Vampire himself! He’s a Marvel character who first appeared as an enemy to Spider-Man back in the early 1970’s and has gone through a tremendous amount of changes and tweaks since then. The Living Vampire was first established as a villain for your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, but has since started to toe the line between villain and antihero as he generally does the right thing, it’s just that he’s distracted by that pesky desire to drink a lot of blood.

But with the focus on Dr. Michael Morbius, the question becomes what other Marvel heroes could the Living Vampire beat in a fight? Now that’s a tough question. Naturally, the aforementioned Spider-Man has been associated with the villain the most, but how do their fights usually wind up? And could Morbius potentially beat the live action version of Spider-Man? That’s a fight I want to see. What about someone like Doctor Strange? Yes, Strange is one of the most powerful sorcerers on Earth, but that doesn’t mean he wants to fight a hungry vampire right? Oh and I have to mention Blade. Those two seem like natural enemies so what happens when the two of them are together? That’s what I’m here today to find out!

So join me as I break down all the heroes that the Living Vampire has a chance of beating. I’ll be pulling in both some light comic history as well as speculating on how these fights would go in live action.
