Man, just imagine Father Time or Mother Night’s take your kids to work day. The Netflix series The Sandman has introduced us to some of the most powerful characters in DC’s lore, and the children of the aforementioned parents of the year, the Seven Endless. Please pay no mind to Marvel’s children of Eternity, the Seven Friendless. Definitely a coincidence. The Seven Endless are the embodiment of constants of reality, who each wield incredible power and hold dominion over powerful forces in human life. Some powers they share, and others are unique to each member. So, it’s time for brothers and sisters to do what they do best and fight over who’s the best. Which of the Seven Endless reigns supreme? Death may sound scary, but she’s actually the nicest and most thoughtful member of the Endless by a long shot. It’s kind of like calling a bald guy curly or a short guy stretch. Even though her power is very specific and limited, she still is an ever present embodiment of one of the most powerful forces in the universe. She is omnipotent, omniscient, and is essentially the only member of the Endless that even the gods fear, despite her perky and jovial attitude. The titular Sandman, also known as Morpheus in the show, is likely one of the strongest beings in the entire universe, and possibly the strongest among all of his brothers and sisters. The Seven Endless may be some of the most powerful beings ever created by DC, but you had better believe siblings will always find a reason to fight.
