10 Mr. Fantastic Variants Way Stronger Than The Original

In the beginning, there was Timely. And Timely was romantic and scary and at one point had a Star Spangled Man with a Plan. Then came Jack Kirby and Stan Lee and they introduced what would become the first family of Marvel, The Fantastic Four. Setting the stage for what would eventually become a recurring theme in Marvel, the family is led by the smartest man in the world, Reed Richards. Following the lead of the Fantastic Four Marvel would be filled with scientists and geniuses all with a loose grasp of the ethics of self experimentation. While Reed Richard’s big brain has been followed by the likes of Bruce Banner and Tony Stark, the top of the brain heap has always remained Mr Fantastic, Reed Richards. So consistent is the power of Reed’s mind that in the vast and infinite multiverse, every one of them that contains a Reed Richards he remains the smartest guy in any room. That raises the question, then: Does Earth 616 have the best Reed Richards? Could we have gotten an even stronger Reed Richards? Maybe one that gained the power of the Infinity Gauntlet and used dead worlds to feed the universe…because Thanos’ plan was stupid. Or maybe we could have gotten a defeated Reed Richards who becomes convinced that the world doesn’t need a smartest man. Or a Reed Richards that can see all of time and space. Or one of the ones that forms an “All Reeds” club in the form of the Inter-dimensional Council of Reeds.” Which version of Reed is the strongest? Let’s take a look at a few.
