Strongest MCU Villains Who NEED To Return

It’s been four phases and nearly 15 years since the beginning of the Marvel Cinematic Universe… and we’re still no closer to seeing Big Wheel on screen! But, what we do have is a pretty interesting selection of other villains that we’ve met over the years.

Sure, Marvel Studios has developed a bit of a reputation for killing off their bad guys prematurely (especially in their earlier years), but there’s still plenty of villains ready for another chance at the spotlight. Characters like Bullseye, Scorpion and Justin Hammer have tons of potential for a return appearance in Phases 5 and 6, especially considering just how big the scale of the upcoming Secret Wars event will seemingly be. So with all that in mind, let’s take a look at the strongest MCU villains that could return in the near future.
