12 Secrets Marvel Is Still Hiding About The Quantum Realm

The Quantum Realm is one of the most important elements of the Marvel Cinematic Universe but we’ve barely scratched the surface when it comes to all of its hidden secrets and unlocked potential. I mean, yeah the Quantum Realm allowed The Avengers to time travel in their quest to retrieve the Infinity Stones and stop Thanos, but that almost feels like small potatoes right now compared to what the MCU is setting up. By the looks of it, the Quantum Realm is the key to Multiversal travel and it's currently where future Big Bad Kang the Conqueror is hanging out alongside Bill Murray.

So if we look at the comics, what are some plot elements and characters that could be introduced to the MCU that could change everything? Well, there’s a lot! Obviously the big one is Doctor Doom. In one of the Fantastic Four’s earliest adventures, Doom is sent to the Quantum Realm where he proceeds to do his Doom-y thing and completely take over, forcing the Fantastic Four to come down there and stop him. Could we be setting up a similar story arc that’s inspired by this comic event in the MCU? Could it be how Kang and Doctor Doom connect and team up to cause chaos?

Could the MCU explore the Quantum Realm’s true origins with the introduction of Prince Wayfinder? Could Hulk’s love interest Jarella make an appearance? Could the superhero team known as the Micronauts become the next big team in the MCU? That’s what I’m going to be talking about today!
